POST FALLS CHEERLEADER RULES Attendance at all practices and games is mandatory. If you are not able to attend a practice, you need to call your coach before practice starts. (this is an excused absence) For each practice that is unexcused, you will sit out 1 quarter of the following game. BE ON TIME. Both to practice and games. You must be at games 30 min. prior to start of game. It is very important that you be to practices on time and that you be picked up on time. (coaches can't leave until all girls are picked up, lets not keep them waiting) Your coach requires your total attention, time is too valuable to waste. If there is a behavior problem, you will be asked to leave for the day. (this is and unexcused absence) If the problem continues, you may be dismissed from the team. Each team member must provide their own transportation to and from games and practices, if you need carpool help, check with your coach. No eating or chewing gum during the game or practices. Full clean uniforms are to be worn at all games. (no full uniform, no cheer) No dangle jewelry at games or practice. Stay in your lines during games, no wandering off to talk with friends. If you need to leave for any reason, let your coach know. ABSOLUTELY NO PUTDOWNS OF OTHER CHEERLEADERS either on your team or the opposing team. This will not be tolerated. Remember, when you are wearing your Post Falls cheerleading uniform, you represent more than just yourself, you represent the whole league. If there is any inappropriate behavior used while wearing your uniform, you will be dismissed from your team. There will be no second chance. |
